For someone like me who is an avid runner I have to replace my shoes very frequently. Workout Nutrition Illustrated– In a great fitness book I read it broke out bodies into 3 types and talks in depth how you have to cater how you work out and eat based off of your body type. This illustration captures it quite nicely and is a good first step in my opinion.
